Accepting only one booking at a time, Pania's suite is the perfect getaway for a couple or group of 2-4 guests wanting to enjoy not only beautiful Art Deco Napier but also wishing to spend time relaxing together.  Spacious, unique and carefully decorated, Pania has excellent views, a large secluded garden, and summer and winter bathing options.  Air conditioning, heating,  king(Kit Kemp Room) and queen (Blue Room) beds with crisp linen, soft fluffy towels, great views, and an excellent book collection make Pania special.  Breakfast is provided and for guests' convenience, a small galley kitchenette is hidden away with a coffee machine and microwave.  The suite is on the lower level of the house with a private entrance.  This part of the house has the matai floors and layout of the original cottage on the site, with the fireplace now tiled and featuring an electric fire.
